Build the AI models at the core of our interoperability engine. You'll work on the agents that power bidirectional HL7 v2 to FHIR translation, terminology mapping, and message validation, turning decades of messy healthcare data standards into clean, structured, interoperable records. This role combines advanced AI research with deep healthcare data standards work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and train models that map and translate healthcare data across standards (HL7 v2, FHIR, C-CDA, X12, NCPDP, DICOM)
  • Build production pipelines handling high-volume message translation and validation with low latency
  • Implement evaluation frameworks ensuring accurate, standards-conformant mappings with expert review

Required Qualifications:

  • MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
