Founder's Program FAQ
The program closes permanently. Applications 51+ receive standard pricing. We may open a "Pioneer's Program" later with smaller discounts (15-20%), but the 30% lifetime discount is exclusive to the first 50.
No. Once activated, it's yours forever. Even if you pause service for 6 months and come back, your discount reactivates. Only exception: voluntary account closure (you can't rejoin as a founder if you cancel permanently).
Your 30% discount scales with you. Start with a single interface and low message volume, then add connections and grow usage over time — you still pay 30% less on subscription and usage credits than new customers. This is why growth-focused organizations join early.
12-month minimum after your pilot. This protects both parties from pilot-only discount hunters. After year 1, you can downgrade to month-to-month or stay annual for an extra 5% discount.
Lifetime of your subscription OR 20 years, whichever is longer. Contract includes ironclad language preventing us from discontinuing founder pricing. Even if we're acquired, your discount transfers to the acquiring company.
