Interoperability by design
From protocol digitization to a submission-ready eTMF, each Health1st AI agent draws on the same connected data layer. Values captured in your EDC, randomization from your IWRS/RTSM, and documents in your Vault are all available to the agents that need them — and results are written back so your systems of record stay authoritative.
Integrations are configured per study during validated setup. Every connection is authenticated, permissioned by role, and logged, so data movement between Health1st AI and an external system is fully traceable for inspection under 21 CFR Part 11 and ICH E6(R3).
For EDC and randomization systems, sync runs in both directions. Health1st AI ingests source data and randomization events, then writes reconciled values, resolved queries, and generated forms back to your system of record — with conflict handling and a versioned audit trail on every field.
How integration works
Integrations are set up per study during validated configuration, then run quietly in the background. Here is what happens from first connection to a value written back to your system of record.
Each connector is configured per study with scoped credentials and verified through IQ/OQ/PQ, so the connection is qualified before any data moves.
Agents read source values from your EDC, randomization and supply events from IWRS/RTSM, and documents from your Vault — permissioned by role and de-identified where identifiers aren't needed.
Agents reconcile, generate, and flag against that live data. A qualified reviewer approves regulated outputs with a 21 CFR Part 11 signature before anything is committed.
